The Finance department at BCACHA is dedicated to providing support and services for strong fiscal management of the Authorities. The department oversees the hiring process; procurement; grants management; policies; procedures and internal/external audits. The staff ensures and monitors compliance with statutory, regulatory, or other financial requirements as well as generally accepted accounting principles and BCACHA’s policies and procedures.

Each year, BCACHA provides its annual audited financial statements to the Board; Executive Director; HUD; Ada County and the City of Boise. They are available for public review using the links provided below.
