The Boise City Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified electricians who have an active Public Works License to inspect and retrofit up to 3,500 electrical receptacles currently or potentially connected to aluminum wiring with appropriate pigtail upgrades at Capitol Plaza located at 700 W. Cunningham Place, Boise, ID and Franklin Plaza at 1555 W. Franklin Street, Boise, ID.

• Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on August 14, 2025 at 9am, starting at Cunningham Place
• Sealed bids due to BCACHA no later than 5pm on August 28, 2025
