The Boise City and Ada County Housing Authorities (BCACHA) have developed drafts of the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan, Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. A copy will be available for review on our website at www.bcacha.org. Any comments or recommendations from residents or the general public on the plans may be submitted to 1001 S. Orchard St. Boise, ID 83702 or via email to jpatterson@bcacha.org. The public comment period will begin 5/25/26 and conclude on 7/1/26. In addition, a virtual public hearing will be held on 7/9/26 at 9:00 am. A link to the virtual meeting will be available on our website prior to the start of the meeting. BCACHA complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services or special modifications to participate in the public hearing should contact Jillian Patterson at (208) 287-1051.  Requests should be made no later than seven (7) days prior to the hearing so necessary arrangements can be made.
