The Boise City and Ada County Housing Authorities (BCACHA) are proposing a significant amendment to the Capital Fund Program Five Year Action Plan.

Any comments or recommendations from residents or the general public on the Amendments to the Action Plan may be submitted to 1001 S. Orchard St. Boise, ID 83705 or via email to mvandercar@bcacha.org. The public comment period will begin 4/3/2026 and conclude on 5/18/2026.  There will be public hearing held on 05/11/2026 at 10 a.m. at the link below. A link to access this meeting virtually will also be available on this webpage prior to the start of the meeting. BCACHA complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services or special modifications to participate in the public hearing should contact Mallory VanDercar at (208) 287-1053.  Requests should be made no later than seven (7) days prior to the hearing so necessary arrangements can be made.
