Update as of 01/29/2025: The US Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of President Trump, rescinded the memo that paused federal grants and loans. At this time, we are able to carry on with our normal business operations. We will keep this page updated if anything changes.

The Boise City / Ada County Housing Authorities (BCACHA) are closely monitoring the recent announcement regarding the temporary freeze on federal grants and loans. While details remain limited, we recognize the uncertainty this may cause for the individuals and families we serve. 

At this time, we are actively working with our partners at HUD and other agencies to assess the potential impacts and to advocate for the continued support of critical housing programs.
