The Boise City Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified outfits who have an active Public Works License to replace existing cold water, waste and vent piping at Capitol Plaza located at 700 W. Cunningham Place, Boise, ID and Franklin Plaza at 1555 W. Franklin Street, Boise, ID.

Important Dates:

• Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on November 18^th at 1pm, starting at Cunningham Place
• Sealed bids due to BCACHA no later than 5pm on January 28, 2026
