Job description
The Boise City and Ada County Housing Authorities provide affordable housing solutions to local residents and manage an inventory of apartment communities, multiplexes and single-family homes. We are looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician who is capable in handling a variety of maintenance needs while being willing to learn new skills.

Our Maintenance Technician will:
Perform planned and corrective maintenance to building surfaces, fixtures, systems and equipment;
Be familiar with plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems;
Be experienced in painting, carpentry, masonry, plastering and general cleaning tasks;
Be flexible to accept on-call shifts in a rotating basis with other maintenance staff.
