ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The Boise City/Ada County Housing Authority is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist. Duties will include answering incoming calls and providing general program information and requirements, greeting clients, tenant accounts receivable and rent rolls, collections, maintaining spreadsheets. In addition this position will provide clerical support to the various departments within the Housing Authorities. Basic bookkeeping, spreadsheet and data entry skills required. Previous experience in a non-profit preferred. Fulltime, benefits.

ADMINISTRATIVE CLERICAL ASSISTANT

The Boise City/Ada County Housing Authority has an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Clerical Assistant. The principal function of an employee in this class is to perform a variety of administrative and clerical support functions for the maintenance department. The Administrative Clerical Assistant supports the work order system for all Authority owned properties and other administrative clerical support functions/tasks. Due to the nature of the work, the employee in this class must demonstrate excellent public relations skills, organization skills and multi-tasking abilities. The administrative Clerical Assistant works under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor who reviews work in progress and after the fact.
