By check or money order. To ensure proper posting of payment, please clearly reference your address on your payment.

Lobby hours are 10:00 – 5:30 pm Monday – Thursday. Closed on Fridays.
There is a drop box located by the entrance for times when the lobby is closed.

PAY ONLINE
The Housing Authorities are now accepting online payments for the following properties:

  • Hobbler Place

  • Nez Perce Apartments

  • Vine Terrace Apartments

  • Liberty Park Apartments

  • Shoreline North Apartments
  • Ada Duplexes

  • Shoreline Plaza

  • Capitol Plaza

  • Franklin Plaza

  • Sage


Please note: you must have a checking account in order to pay online.

Payments entered Monday – Friday by 6:00 pm will be posted the following business day. Payments entered on weekend before 6:00 pm will be posted in two business days.
