BCACHA is pleased to launch our newly designed website at www.bcacha.org. For over 50 years, our purpose and mission has evolved and expanded in ways that has required a fresh look for our website visitors. Over the years, we have expanded from a standard housing authority model to a very unique provider of housing opportunities in Boise City and Ada County. Not only do we administer popular housing assistance programs within the public housing and Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) programs, but we also offer programs in homeownership assistance, veteran housing, homeless housing, and housing opportunities for those who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking. Additionally, we have a portfolio of agency-owned affordable market rent homes and we continue to develop affordable housing opportunities for our community.

All these changes have demanded a more robust, user-friendly website with enhanced features to help visitors find the information they need. We invite you to visit our website on multiple devices (desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and tablets) with improved accessibility and organization. We have incorporated Q and A driven features to help you find your specific answers more quickly. We have included resources that identify many of our important community partners, information for landlords and tenants, access to past and current BCACHA Board of Commissioners meetings, and a way to request information from specific BCACHA staff.
