The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced their Public Housing Agency recipients for renewal funding for the Family Self-Sufficiency program. The recent HUD announcement provides background and details about the FSS program, and how, nationally, it is serving over 60,000 residents with asset-building supportive programs, helping families remove potential barriers to financial stability.
Boise City Housing Authority and Ada County Housing Authority will each receive over $171,000 to continue the local FSS programs, serving families enrolled in our HUD-assisted housing programs.
