We are pleased to announce that Boise City / Ada County Housing Authorities will have some available rental units coming soon in our market rate housing. We are currently accepting applications for our waiting lists for the following locations: Vine Terrace, Shoreline North, Nez Perce Apartments, and Liberty Park. These apartments are rented to the general public and are not subsidized.

Property Descriptions:

Vine Terrace: Vine Terrace is a thirty-five unit complex containing two and three bedroom apartments and townhomes. The complex is close to local area parks, shopping, recreation and the bus line.

Shoreline North: Experience downtown living at its finest!  Shoreline North is a fifty-four unit complex containing one bedroom apartments, and one bedroom plus loft apartments, offering comfort, style, and exceptional quality.

Nez Perce Apartments: Nez Perce Apartments is a twenty-six unit complex containing one and two bedroom apartment homes. These homes centrally located in Boise, with easy access to the freeway, airport and downtown attractions.

Liberty Park: Liberty Park Apartments is a forty-eight unit complex containing 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units.  The complex is close to local area schools, shopping, and the bus line.
