If you received Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) payments exceeding $600 in 2023, it’s time to access your 1099 forms. Your 1099 is available on the Rent Relief Portal. 

If you don’t remember your login information, click on “forgot password” and follow the prompts. You will need to use the email address that you used to register for the portal.

Please note that there will be one 1099 for the total payments sent to each recipient. The portal will provide a detailed payment breakdown for your convenience.

If you need to report a correction, you may make a request through the “1099 Access History” tab in the portal linked above.
