The Boise City Housing Authority (BCHA) is inviting qualified housing developers to submit an application for Development Services for the development of affordable multifamily housing units to serve low to moderate income families at 3119 West Moore Street, Boise, Idaho. Interested housing developers may obtain the “Request for Development Services” RFP information and application documents by visiting www.bcacha.org, by mail request or in person from the address below. Application submission deadline is Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 4:00 PM, MST to BOISE CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY, ATTN: DEANNA WATSON, 1001 South Orchard Street, Boise, Idaho 83705.
