The Boise City and Ada County Housing Authorities (BCACHA) have developed drafts of the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan and Five Year Capital Fund Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. A copy will be available for review at the BCACHA’s office located at 1001 S. Orchard St. Boise, ID 83705, and on our website at www.bcacha.org. Any comments or recommendations from residents or the general public on the PHA Annual Plan or Capital Fund Plan may be submitted to 1001 S. Orchard St. Boise, ID 83702 or via email to jpatterson@bcacha.org. In addition, a public hearing will be held on June 26, 2019 at 9:00 am at the BCACHA office. BCACHA complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services or special modifications to participate in the public hearing should contact Jillian Patterson at (208) 287-1051.  Requests should be made no later than seven (7) days prior to the hearing so necessary arrangements can be made.
