The Boise City Housing Authority (BCHA) invites bids from plumbing contractors that have an active Public Works License to replace and repair wastewater pipes at two (2) BCHA housing properties, totaling 160 units. Interested contractors may obtain the “Waste and Water Project Bid Packet” via email from jholley@bcacha.org. The last day to request a bid packet is September 22, 2026 at 4 p.m. Bids with all attachments will be accepted until October 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. by email OR hand delivery to Jennifer Holley, Boise City / Ada County Housing Authorities, 1001 S. Orchard St., Boise, ID  83705.
