Kate Talerico recently published an article in The Idaho Statesman regarding the status of the Sandhill Crane affordable housing development. As her article explains, two years ago, Boise approved 50 affordable market-rate apartments off Whitewater Park Boulevard. These apartments have not been built. Her article explains one of the main reasons why.
