REVISED – Vine Roof Project – The Boise City Housing Authority invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Vine Terrace Roofing Project located at Vine Terrace – 1121 N. Vine St., Boise, ID 83703. The work consists of: Removal and replacement of TPO roofing materials as described in the plans and specifications prepared by CSHQA.

Prime Bidders are required to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Tour. The Conference will be held at 9:00AM on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at the offices of the Boise City/Ada County Housing Authority, 1001 S. Orchard Street, Boise, ID 83705. A site tour will immediately follow.
