ZH The Boise City and Ada County Housing Authorities (BCACHA) have developed drafts of the Capital Fund Program Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. A copy will be available for review on our website at https://bcacha.org . Any comments or recommendations from residents or the general public on the PHA Capital Fund Program Plan may be submitted to 1001 S. Orchard St. Boise, ID 83702 or via email to ddethorne@bcacha.org.
