ZH The Boise City and Ada County Housing Authorities (BCACHA) have developed drafts of the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Five Year Plan and Five Year Capital Fund Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. A copy of these draft plans are available to review at the links provided below. Any comments or recommendations may be submitted to 1001 S. Orchard Street, Boise ID 83705 or via email to jpatterson@bcacha.org. The public comment period will begin May 22, 2023 and conclude on July 6, 2023. In addition, a virtual public hearing will be held on July 6, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
