On January 15, 2019, the Boise City / Ada County Housing Authorities closed the waiting list for its scattered site Public Housing properties. Scattered site public housing consists of two bedroom and three bedroom homes. All applications had to be completed and returned to the BCACHA office, or postmarked by January 15, 2019, to be added to the waiting list. New applications will not be accepted while the waiting list is closed.

All applicants currently on the waiting lists will be processed according to BCACHA policies and procedures. Applicants are placed on the waiting list by date and time of application. It is important for applicants to keep their address updated with BCACHA and to respond to any notices sent by BCACHA.
